Thanks for leaving a couple of names, Ahelhiedeh.
Is the second name a boy?
I've seen Liberty as both - but Tobin only as a boy's name - just checking to be sure. ')
Your name is in the drawing for next Monday evening.
This is a sweet exercise since I had one child and obviously got to do naming only once.
The three year old girl name:
Jaelena Rose Taylor
The preborn boy name:
Jessie Ryan Taylor
The parents are going with the JR theme on the names to honor a favorite grandparent.
I will sign up as a follower by e-mail. It will be nice to hear which names you like best!

Welcome to journeystojoy.net, Janice.
I like the idea of the parents honoring grandparents with the naming of their children.

Kathy
Kathy;
That's the point - HAVE FUN WITH IT and name those kiddos in the process. ';D
So glad you've given it a try and I HAPPEN TO LIKE DIFFERENT NAMES!
Your name is added to the hat for Monday evening's drawing.
I'm noticing that most people leaving comments/names seem to want to make the unborn child a boy - I've given permission for the commenter to choose the gender - Part of the fun -
Hey Joy-
Notice I left a boy's and a girl's name for the baby.
Twins, maybe? ;)
Kathy
Now that's a thought - not sure how Melanie will feel about that - will have to see how that plays out.
BTW - Melanie will be facing some tough tough times with her children - having twins would make it a REAL obstacle/conflict.
You've given me some fodder for the keyboard this night, Kathy.
Hi Joy,
I joined your blog...finally! :D
My names are:
3-yr-old girl: Bella Grace Taylor
Unborn child (boy): William Zane Taylor

Ellice (French: Consecrated by God; variation of Elizabeth) Jane (Hebrew: God is gracious; Catalan: 'January') so could be based on the month she was born or a metaphor for the cold winter month when people begin to doubt spring (rebirth) will come.
Eva (Hebrew: Life) Victoria (Latin: Victory) from the little hints you've given in your comments, perhaps this baby symbolizes the victory of life?
Winners Winners Winners Winners
Are you ready for this?????
WINNER NO. ONE:
Kathy Rouser with the name MYKALEEN - Interesting name and seems to fit the picture too
Thank you, Kathy for entering the drawing and comment/name.
WINNER NO. TWO
Jennifer Uhlarik
William Zane
My dad used to read Zane Grey books to my mom every night after they went to bed - he'd read one of those - then when it was done - switch and read her a Grace Livingston Hill book - since we lived in a HUGE farm house with wood/coal furnace - the registers to the upstairs carried heat and voices from the first story to the second - just open registers on the second floor - we could look down into the living room and dining room from a couple upstairs bedrooms.
We'd gather around the register and listen as long as we dared - wasn't easy - there was no register from their bedroom to the second floor - we had to listen VERY CAREFULLY. ':D
Thanks all for being a part of this contest. DH drew the names - I just wrote them on the papers and dropped them into the hat.
Until next time....
